Having worked across sectors, Mr. Singh has engaged virtually every corner of the Indian ecosystem through his work with international and domestic corporations, helping them to navigate one of the world’s most complex yet opportune business environments.

He has had success in building coalitions and working with corporations, NGOs, government departments, media and communications agencies. He has worked in cross-functional, remote and international teams both within a single organization and across entities.

Mr. Singh holds a degree in Commerce and has consulted to several Fortune 500 companies and Indian Blue Chips across a diverse set of industries including infrastructure, civil nuclear, insurance and financial services, aviation, telecommunications & IT, consumer goods and hospitality and quick service restaurants. He has also executed public affairs programs in Sri Lanka. Sustainability and implementation of clean technologies are areas of special interest.

Mr. Goswami has advised on and leads clients’ business strategies and key engagements with government agencies, think tanks, policy influencers and industry bodies.

His network, and ability to spot emerging trends that impact client businesses, has helped clients keep stakeholders better informed about their policy imperatives, navigate the nuances of Centre – State relations and identify business opportunities in India. Mr. Goswami is a thought leader in implementing Public Private Partnerships that require multi-stakeholder collaborations.

Mr. Goswami started his career in the infrastructure sector, providing support to international clients in government relations and outreach covering power, rail and roads. He went on to work for some of India’s leading automotive ancillaries, a family owned business conglomerate, and a consulting firm. He supported their/ client leadership teams in business strategy and diversification across manufacturing, defence (avionics), services, new technologies, renewable energy, healthcare, and mining. In his entrepreneurial journey Mr. Goswami led a multidimensional team across India implementing various projects, in pioneering cost-effective technologies in Solar, and LED lighting. He also supported implementation of World Bank & ADB funded projects for setting up transmission lines & sub-stations, urban waste management & waste to energy projects.

He has supported/ conceptualized strategic initiatives such as the adoption of Industrial Training Institutes (ITI), a PPP project with the Government of Haryana, CII and World Bank and the first of its kind PPP model with a multinational medical device manufacturer for implementation across 18 States in India. He has also participated in various Industry forums including CII’s National Committee on Affirmative Action, Services & Skill Development and ACMA’s National Committee for Human Resources & Skill Development.

His commitment to socially relevant causes led Mr. Goswami to found and run two not-for-profit organizations. The Qudsia Bagh Welfare Society works for restoration and improvement of a heritage Mughal garden - Qudsia Bagh in Old Delhi, where Mr. Goswami has spearheaded the plantation of thousands of trees and plants, making it a green oasis in the middle of a bustling city. Under The BORBHAG Initiative Society he co-created the first “smart village of North East India” in the Baksa District in Assam. The Society also implements various projects in healthcare, women’s empowerment, nutrition and skill development.

Mr. Goswami is an avid reader, loves gardening, golf, and tennis. He received his Master’s Degree in Political Studies from the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi (India), Bachelors of Arts in History, Economics & Political Science from St. Josephs' College of Arts & Sciences, Bangalore (India) & is an alumni of The Doon School, Dehra Dun (India).

He served as Senior Vice President, Global Patient Solutions for Gilead Sciences. Mr. Samuel was responsible for sales, managed markets, global health policy, global commercial operations and access in more than 140 countries.

Mr. Samuel’s successful strategies in resource-challenged, emerging markets drove both access to medicines and ROI in geographies spanning Latin America and the Caribbean, Africa, South/Southeast Asia Pacific and Eastern Europe. Clifford is internationally recognized for major advancements in engineering and developing and implementing innovative approaches to engineering STEM education.

A graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, he received an honorary PhD from his alma mater. He is also the recipient of an Edward F. Weston Medal for Professional Achievement (NJIT) and a member of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE). Clifford also a member of the U.S. National Academy of Engineering in 2019.

Mr. P. Bhide retired as Revenue Secretary, Government of India. Mr. Bhide is well respected for his vast experience and in depth understanding of diverse sectors & administration, including large international aid organisations. He has also served as Advisor to India’s Executive Director to the International Board for Reconstruction and Development, Washington. Mr. Bhide is also on the boards of various companies including GSK, Gujarat Borosil Limited, Tube Investments of India Limited, L&T Finance Holdings Limited, amongst other public Companies.

Mr. Bhide is a Science and Law graduate from Delhi University, has done his Master’s in Business Administration from IGNOU. He is enrolled as an Advocate with the Delhi Bar Council.

During his distinguished service of close to thirty years with the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India, he held various leadership roles across key divisions. Covering a diverse gamut, he was responsible for design, development and delivery of S&T packages to address societal challenges, mainstreaming & empowering women in the S&T domain, promotion of Yoga etc.

Under his guidance, several programs were introduced and reoriented in tune with changing realities, often in partnership with the CSR efforts of the private sector. Chief among his achievements has been conceiving the Science Express (SE) in 2007, an adaption of the ‘Science Tunnel’, a novel thematic science exhibition of 12 static modules comprising of over 350 models on cutting edge in S&T research. Attracting over 18.6 million visitors, Science Express created history, receiving wide media coverage as well as four entries in the prestigious Limca Book of Records. He is also widely recognized for his work in Entrepreneurship Development including designing ED Programs and facilitating launch of the Technology Business Incubator (TBI) program in partnership with the World Bank.

Mr. Chander Mohan holds a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University, Chandigarh and a Masters’ with focus on Renewable Energy, which he received on a Tata Energy Research Institute Fellowship. He has also conceptualized and launched innovative programs to promote entrepreneurship and skill development for sustainable livelihoods for underprivileged sections of society. He continues to take a keen interest in sectors such as Science & Technology, Renewable Energy and Skill Development; currently, he is Chair Professor, UGC Chair for Tribal Studies, where he has been at the helm of several new & novel initiatives.

He is based in New Delhi and now spends time mentoring start – ups including in the mental health and technology space.

As an independent consultant she has been involved for several years with startups, real estate companies, clinical research outsourcing firms and others, having helped them set up and implement HR processes. Her training expertise lies in identifying concern areas and creating programs for clients which address specific issues, build consensus and finding solutions. She has worked with wide audiences, from senior corporate executives to young adults and children.

In her last organizational role she headed human resource at a national law firm with offices across 8 cities in India and a strength of close to 200 lawyers and 150 support staff. Apart from day to day HR functions she also set up the recruitment, induction and counselling practices for lawyers, and other professionals, with varying degrees of seniority.

Her prior roles included HR stints with other sales and marketing organizations, where she was responsible for building firm wide policies and guidelines, building recruitment processes, exit processes, remuneration guidelines, performance appraisal system ( creation, review and implementation).

Ms. Singh holds a PGDIM from the International Management Institute (1996) and a Masters of Psychology degree from the University of Phoenix. Based in New Delhi – she serves on the Board of an Educational Society and enjoys coaching young people helping them make career choices.

In 2007, he set up Profile Consulting, a boutique public affairs management firm, helping organisations reach out to stakeholders with desired messaging through professionally developed content and skilful media communication. He has helped clients build profiles, manage issues and shape opinion while addressing business and perception challenges. Profile Consulting has developed concepts, editorials and designed industry Infosheets, Status Notes, Annual Reports, In-house magazines, Yearbooks and Newsletters for a wide range of industries.

Profile Consulting has undertaken some of the most challenging assignments in recent times. Currently Profile Consulting is involved in building concepts/shaping opinions on a number of issues for various sectoral industry bodies.

The range of clients he has assisted over the years includes large corporate houses, industry associations, NGOs and individuals. Some of the clients that he has served or is currently serving include Apollo Tyres (leading tyre firm), SABMiller (Brewery major), Reliance Industries (largest private co in India), JK Organisation (leading Business conglomerate) and various industry associations including the Automotive Tyre (Tire) Manufacturers Association, the Paper Manufacturers Association, the Alkali Manufacturers Association of India, the Rubber Skill Development Council and the Indian Cancer Society.

She has expertise in repositioning companies as though leaders through PR engagements and media, and has achieved visible increase in press coverage for organisations that she has been associated with.

Shipra holds a Diploma in Business Management - University of Jammu and has completed her Post Graduation in International Relations from University of Delhi. She completed her Graduation in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi.

Mr. Puri brings in depth expertise in formulation of public policies (including the upcoming E-commerce Policy and National Retail Trade Policy), monitoring marquee programs for the government such as Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), National Action Plan for Toys (NAPT) and Toy Business League. He brings substantial expertise in Trade negotiations and has participated in the consultation process for Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) across competing nations (UK, UAE, Canada and EU). He has in depth knowledge and experience of conducting research-based studies, both sector specific and product specific, in arears of Tariff Rationalization, Inverted Duty Structure, Cost Price and Impact Analysis of FTAs.

Most recently, Mr. Puri served as Joint Director at Department for Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade (DPIIT), where he was handling all matters related to E-Commerce and formulation of the e-commerce policy including stakeholder management and consultations, inter departmental coordination, analysis of feedback, formulating and negotiating India’s stance on e-commerce, participating and negotiating e-commerce related issues under the digital track in the FTA negotiations. He has also worked closely on element such as National Retail Trade Policy as well as Open Network of Digital Commerce, during his tenure. He brings in depth experience from Ministries such as Road Transport and Highways, Finance Commission, NSSO as well as the Labour Bureau.

Mr. Puri holds a Post Graduation in Economics from Himachal University and an Honors Diploma in Computers from NIIT. He regularly participates in training seminar and workshops relating to competition policy, knowledge management as well as Right to Information Act.

She has worked across a wide range of sectors including financial services, infrastructure, as well as in economic policy and development while specialising in healthcare.

Her expertise lies in developing evidence-based access models and exploring innovative models for healthcare delivery.

Most recently she was with a boutique policy consulting firm, prior to which she was a part of Deloitte’s Healthcare Strategy Practice. She has also worked with two leading industry chambers - U.S. India Business Council (USIBC) and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). During her time in New York, she was part of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in their Regional Strategy and Policy Division supporting the Chief Economist for Asia Pacific in developing research & policy priorities for the larger region including understanding the impact of an ageing population across countries.

Specifically, within healthcare, Nikita has worked across disease areas, covering the realms of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and research-based biopharma. She has been part of projects including enhancing access to cancer care, understanding the impact of programs such as Ayushman Bharat on hospitals in small cities, assessment of the healthcare value segment in India, evaluating nutrition initiatives and midwifery. She also led an engagement in Bangladesh supporting a UN agency revitalise its Programs in line with the changing development landscape. Nikita has an interest in working with start-ups and has done some interesting work in the healthcare & technology space; she also supports senior management with Business Development effort across sectors.

Nikita holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Columbia University in New York and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from Fergusson College in Pune. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf, swimming, reading, and playing the piano.
